TIM BROODER

I have been involved in photography for over 30 years. I developed an early love for photography while working as a staff photographer in high school. I loved the entire process from taking the image to developing the prints in the darkroom, the smell of the developer still reminds me of those great days! I then worked for Ritz camera and attended the New York Institute of Photography and completed my professional track as a photographer. I originally opened my photography business in 1994. I primarily focused on glamour and wedding photography. I was also employed with a local studio in my hometown where I continued to hone my craft. I learned to develop both black and white and color prints where my photographic eye developed even more.

In 1999 I then moved to SC where I became a police officer and served the Goose Creek community and the state of South Carolina. I still took photographs and continued to stay involved in the art. I also spent time working in the local film industry on the TV show "Army Wives". Now that I am looking at retirement from the PD in a few years, I felt this was a great time to rebuild my photography business.
